At Elektro Kandi, each piece is created or carefully curated with creativity, care, and attention to detail. We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as the art you receive.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated to the customer.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States at a flat rate of $5 per order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery information will be provided when available. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many Elektro Kandi products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created using rescued and upcycled materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at magic@elektrokandi.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement when available or issue a refund. Because many of our creations are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not always be possible.

If a return is required to resolve an approved damaged or incorrect order, Elektro Kandi will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the claim has been resolved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
